1. About dipe

dipe is a photo crowd-curation app.

Users can participate in the Pick Round, selecting from Dispatch’s wide range of photos. Their choices are reflected as a Value Score and applied to the Ranked Picks.

Every month, Postcard of the Month is issued as a physical postcard series (a registered periodical, published once a month).

2. Photo Selection & Ranking

• How do I participate? → Select 1 photo out of 4 in each Pick Round.
• Result Application → The selected photo is immediately reflected in the Value Score and overall ranking.
• Bias & Best Shot → Users determine the best photos of their favorite idols.
• Selection Criteria → Consider news value, timing, emotion, and photographic quality.
• Fraud Prevention → Duplicate or bot activity is automatically blocked.

3. Rewards & Coins

• Free Rewards → If you win a Golden Stamp during a Pick Round, you will receive a free postcard.
• Coin Pack Bonuses
  • 100 Coins Pack: Choose 1 postcard out of this month’s 8 selections.
  • 800 Coins Pack: A total of 1,000 Coins (+200 bonus) + Full 8-card set + 2 Special Edition cards → 10 postcards in total.
• In Case of Issues → If Coins are not credited after purchase, please contact Customer Support with your store receipt.

4. Shipping

• Method → All postcards are shipped free of charge via standard international mail.
• Delivery Time → 1–4 weeks depending on postal conditions in each country.
• Address Format → Please enter your address in English (Full Name / Street / City / Postal Code / Country).
• Loss or Damage → If undelivered after 6 weeks or if damaged, please contact Customer Support. We will either re-ship or compensate you with Coins.
• Address Changes → Address changes are possible before dispatch, but not after shipment.

5. Account

• Login → Supported via Email, Google, or Apple account.
• Multiple Accounts → Creating multiple accounts is allowed but may be restricted in case of abuse.
• Privacy → Only the minimum information required for delivery and customer support is collected and stored.

6. Postcard of the Month

• Publication Cycle → Issued monthly as a registered periodical.
• Composition → A6 format, 16 pages, total of 8 postcards. Each month’s photos are selected by Dispatch, reflecting user feedback.
• Special Editions → Created from unreleased or rare photos.

7. Safety & Policies

• Secure Operations → Suspicious activity or bot patterns are automatically blocked.

• Shipping Restrictions → Delivery may be limited in certain countries or regions due to postal conditions.
